Druhou mo\u017enost\u00ed je rozd\u011blen\u00ed domu na 4 samostatn\u00e9 apartm\u00e1ny (Luxury, Toscana, Etrusco a Romantico), ve kter\u00fdch je dohromady 5 luxusn\u00edch lo\u017enic, 5 prostorn\u00fdch koupelen a v podkrov\u00ed je priv\u00e1tn\u00ed wellness. Ka\u017ed\u00fd apartm\u00e1n zahrnuje ob\u00fdvac\u00ed pokoj, j\u00eddelnu, kuchy\u0148, lo\u017enici, koupelnu, \u0161atnu a terasu. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m je pln\u011b vybaven\u00e1 kuchy\u0148 a j\u00eddelna, LCD televizor, trezor a vestav\u011bn\u00e1 \u0161atn\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148.
